Sydney Motorsport Park is as close as it gets to home for me growing up in Doonside, it is a great track for spectators with many viewing hot spots. Turn 1 is one of the fastest corners on our calendar, there is new and old track surface which affects handling and really challenges setup. My favourite corner is Turn 4, you go down in to it and come over a rise, with unique undulation.

Exciting to be heading back to my home track at Eastern Creek, having not raced there since 2008. The new two day format will make things interesting and challenging with minimal practice and time to set the car up before qualifying. Lets see how we come out of this round heading in to the Enduros.

Solid weekend with two podiums and now only 1 point behind the championship lead, it is game on going in the endurance races, with my strong rounds still to come. We have a two day test before Sandown which will be valuable for development and codriver laps.
