This exciting and speedy 3.4 kilometre street race circuit borders the city of Hamilton which is located one hour by road from Auckland. The circuit runs mainly through the Frankton business district and around the city's green belt. The inaugural event in 2008 was a major success.

Pre-race report

Can't wait to race at Hamilton this weekend. It's a track we struggled at last year but we have made so many improvements to the car since then. This will be the last time at Hamilton but lets hope it's not the last time in New Zealand!

Post-race report

What a Win! My 250th start and the last race at Hamilton makes it special to win and hold that Mark Porter trophy, along with the lap record makes it a very rewarding day. Launched off the line in to the lead and lead the entire race. I was going to do anything i could to win it, I defended on the last laps, Jamie had better tyres than i did, my mirrors were folded in but i could see Jamie on the big screens. FPR have been chipping away over the years and our form is finally cemented. Well done to the entire team at FPR.
