Sydney Motorsport Park, New South Wales

Sydney Motorsport Park is as close as it gets to home for me growing up in Doonside, it is a great track for spectators with many viewing hot spots. Turn 1 is one of the fastest corners on our calendar, there is new and old track surface which affects handling and really challenges setup. My favourite corner is Turn 4, you go down in to it and come over a rise, with unique undulation.

After a controversial Round 1 I am looking forward to getting on with racing at Eastern Creek. It is a home round for me and is always good to have family, friends and the local community supporting me. Eastern Creek Raceway is a lot different to Clipsal so it will be great to try the new car out on a faster low grip style circuit.

After a slow start to the weekend qualifying 15th we concentrated on strategy and raced smart and hard to come out winning race three, our first race win for the season. Finishing on the podium at this round shows that hard work along with good strategy and a bit of luck pays off, we never did and never will give up.
